Lateral Replacements

Patient had the 7, 10 laterals missing. Her canines were at the positions of the laterals. Looking at her from the facial view made her look like she had 4 centrals.
Patient complained about the dominent large look. Flared out tip of the centrals' incisals and the missing laterals were her main concern.

8 teeth, second premolar to second premolar, were prepped as veneers. I prepped a normal reduction on the centrals, but I had to brake the contact on the distals of the canines and the adjacent mesials of the first premolars. The preps were especially agressive on the distals of the canines to gain more space for the premolars to come and fill in the mesial position as of a canine.

As a result, central insals' were tucked in, patient got her laterals and her canine guidance for the first time, and the mesial inclination of her second premolars were straightend.
